Refund Policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026
Scope
This policy covers Platformance educational training: the Breakout & Reversal Intensive, Market Structure Mentoring, Live Chart Workshops, and related coaching sessions booked with us. It does not cover third-party software subscriptions, brokerage fees, or products we do not sell.
Cooling-off and eligibility
If you cancel a confirmed booking in writing more than seven (7) days before the first scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid for that booking, less any non-refundable deposit clearly stated in your confirmation (if one was charged).
Cancellations within seven days
Cancellations received seven days or fewer before the first session may receive a partial refund of up to 50% of fees paid, or a credit toward a future Platformance session within six months, at our discretion based on preparation already completed and whether your place can be filled.
After training has started
Once a multi-session programme has begun, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused remaining sessions may be eligible for a partial refund or credit proportional to sessions not delivered, minus materials prepared specifically for your cohort when those costs are itemised in your confirmation.
Single mentoring sessions
One-to-one mentoring cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once at no charge or refunded in full if you prefer. Cancellations inside 48 hours, or no-shows without notice, are non-refundable. A late arrival beyond 20 minutes may be treated as a no-show.
Workshops
Workshop fees are refundable in full if we cancel the event. If you cancel more than seven days ahead, a full refund applies. Inside seven days, a credit for a future workshop is offered where seats cannot be refilled; otherwise a partial refund up to 50% may apply.
Rescheduling
We allow one complimentary reschedule per booking when notice is given at least 48 hours before the session. Further reschedules may incur an administrative fee disclosed before confirmation.
Deposits
Where a deposit is required to hold a place, the confirmation email states whether that deposit is refundable and under what conditions. Non-refundable deposits are only used when preparation or venue costs begin before the first session.
Materials and work already started
Custom chart reviews or printed materials prepared for you after booking may be deducted from any refund at reasonable cost. Digital templates included in a programme remain yours to keep after a partial refund for unused sessions; they are not “returned” for additional credit.
How to request a refund
Email hello@platformance.digital or call (02) 9742 2718 with your name, booking reference, and reason. We respond within three business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days of approval.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a session is not delivered with due care and skill, contact us to resolve the matter, which may include a remedy such as a repeat session or refund as appropriate.
