Agreement

By using platformance.digital and enquiring about or booking Platformance training, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

Who we are

Platformance provides educational training in technical analysis, with a focus on breakout and reversal setups. Studio location: 69 Oriana Street, Wyee Point, New South Wales, 2259, Australia. Contact: hello@platformance.digital, (02) 9742 2718.

Education only

All content and sessions are for education and skill development. Nothing on this site or in training constitutes personal financial product advice, investment recommendations, or an invitation to trade a specific instrument. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk.

Bookings and sessions

Training places are confirmed after enquiry. Session times, format (online or in person), and fees are agreed in writing before the first meeting. Informational prices on the site may change; the fee in your confirmation applies.

Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees. We may remove a participant from a session for disruptive behaviour without obligation to continue the remaining programme, subject to our refund policy where applicable.

Intellectual property

Course materials, worksheets, and site content remain Platformance property. You may use materials for personal learning. You may not resell, republish, or present them as your own training product.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false information through forms. We may suspend access if misuse is detected.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Platformance is not liable for trading losses, consequential damages, or decisions you make based on educational content. Our liability for training services is limited to fees paid for the affected session or programme where the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in NSW have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date.
